Recently, Anna Milligan, proprietor of Quiet Moments, a business on the Orillia Farmers' Market, received a letter which said, in part: "...you took the extra time to truly listen to my thoughts and concerns with my son who has some special needs and issues with many areas of daily living. You took the time to explain what scents you carry and what they work best for.

  "More importantly you treated my son, who I was making the purchase for, as the customer,...you listened to him and answered his questions with words a young child could understand.

   "We are completely in love with your products. The calming affect the citrus scent...Thank you for all of your help with finding a product that puts a smile on a little boy's face, and treating your customers so wonderfully."
